My initial attempts baking prosphoro were embarrassing.

I searched everywhere for a recipe and method that is traditional, and results in consistently good prosphora - holy gifts that are “done right” *  

I was blessed to find the YouTube channel of Mr Konstantinos Tsaparas. I have participated in his prosphora baking social media group which he runs with Mrs Eugenia.

But it’s all in Greek!

I decided this great resource should be "traditioned" to all English-speaking faithful who might appreciate making beautiful prosphora, and to honour these wonderful teachers. Hence this website.
